Rudd appears on ITV’s Peston on Sunday to discuss immigration and
says that the government intends to consult with businesses and
“other stakeholders” before making changes to policy. Although
Rudd doesn’t give clear timelines on when EU citizens currently
living in the UK will receive clarity on whether they will be able to
stay, she does acknowledge that those citizens make a “really
valuable” contribution to the UK
