pandemic is Belgium. Hospital admissions of coronavirus patients there have
doubled in the past week. And the government is warning the situation is worse
than at the beginning of the pandemic in March.

scene here. That all came to a grinding halt earlier this year due to the
coronavirus pandemic. Nightclubs remain closed and now the city government has
tried to impose an 11 pm closing time on all bars and restaurants. Some bar
owners have gone to court – and won, so they're allowed to remain open for now.
