"repetidos" levam PSD a pedir nulidade de referendo sobre Alojamento
Local em Lisboa
Deputados
municipais sociais-democratas alegam que moção para inviabilizar atividade em
prédios destinados a habitação não poderia ter ido a votos, pois tem menos
assinaturas válidas do que o mínimo legal. Haverá uma dúzia de falecidos e

O grupo do
PSD na Assembleia Municipal de Lisboa entregou um requerimento para pedir a
nulidade da votação que aprovou uma moção para que seja realizado um referendo
sobre Alojamento Local. Segundo um comunicado dos deputados municipais
sociais-democratas, o número de assinaturas válidas na petição destinada a
requerer essa consulta popular não cumpre o mínimo legal obrigatório de cinco
mil.
Isto porque,
após um pedido de verificação administrativa
junto do Ministério da Administração Interna, terá sido descoberto que
240 assinaram a petição mais do que uma vez, 12 são falecidos, 843 não estão
recenseados em Lisboa e 570 não foram identificados, reduzindo o número de
assinaturas válidas para 4863.
Na reunião
da Assembleia Municipal de Lisboa, realizada na terça-feira, foi aprovada uma
moção para um referendo à inviabilização de atividade de Alojamento Local em
edifícios que sejam destinados a habitação. No entanto, o líder da bancada
social-democrata, Luís Newton, igualmente presidente da Junta de Freguesia da
Estrela e deputado na Assembleia da República, defende que "não se pode
aceitar que um documento que não reunia as condições elgais para a sua
apreciação, por não ter sido recebida em tempo útil a verificação solicitada ao
Ministério da Administração Interna, tenha sido admitido".

The PSD
group in the Lisbon Municipal Assembly has submitted a request to request the
nullity of the vote that approved a motion to hold a referendum on Local
Accommodation. According to a statement from the Social Democrat municipal
deputies, the number of valid signatures on the petition aimed at requesting
this popular consultation does not meet the mandatory legal minimum of five
thousand.

deputy in the Assembly of the Republic, argues that "it cannot be accepted
that a document that did not meet the legislative conditions for its
appreciation, because the verification requested from the Ministry of Internal
Affairs was not received in a timely manner,
