A Polícia
Judiciária deteve na noite desta segunda-feira, 20 de outubro, a filha de José
Manuel Anes, antigo presidente do Observatório de Segurança, Criminalidade
Organizada e Terrorismo (OSCOT), por suspeita de ter esfaqueado o próprio pai
ao início da tarde. Segundo a PJ, "está sob custódia a principal suspeita
do crime de homicídio tentado".
Fonte da
PSP confirmou ao DN que José Manuel Anes foi vítima de "várias
facadas". Fonte próxima que está a acompanhar a situação adiantou que o
diagnóstico é ainda de "quadro reservado por causa de um hematoma
cerebral".
De acordo
com aquela polícia, um carro patrulha foi chamado à casa do antigo presidente
do OSCOT pelas 13h54 por "haver notícias de agressões alegadamente de uma
filha ao próprio pai".
Quando os
polícias chegaram ao local "testemunhas informaram que teria sido
visualizada uma suspeita do sexo feminino, alegadamente familiar da vítima do
sexo masculino, a sair da residência, sendo que temendo pela integridade
física, já tendo conhecimento do histórico de violência doméstica, deslocou-se
de imediato à sua residência onde se deparou com o homem de 81 anos prostrado
no solo ensanguentado".
De acordo
com fonte oficial da PSP, Anes sofreu "vários ferimentos e lacerações no
abdómen, mãos e pernas, aparentemente provocados por um objeto cortante.
Apresentava ainda hematomas nos olhos provocados pelos dedos da suspeita".
A PSP
comunicou à Polícia Judiciária a situação, estando os inspetores da PJ a tentar
localizá-la.
José
Manuel Anes é professor universitário e um dos mais conhecidos criminalistas
nacionais. Também é autor de várias obras sobre esoterismo e espiritualidade
sendo, também, um conhecido maçom, tendo sido grã-mestre da Grande Loja Regular
de Portugal.
Licenciado
em Química (FCL) e Doutorado em Antropologia Social (FCSH/UNL), é membro de
diversos organismos ligados à segurança e criminalidade.
É
diretor, desde a fundação, da revista Segurança e Defesa, e depois de deixar a
liderança do OSCOT assumiu o cargo de presidente do Conselho Consultivo.
Foi um
dos responsáveis pelo surgimento do grupo de cidadãos Movimento de Apoio do
Almirante, Gouveia e Melo, à Presidência, mas no início do ano demarcou-se do
mesmo e decidiu que ia mesmo pedir a sua extinção.

divulgou um comunicado onde confirmava o ataque a José Manuel Anes, frisando
que "acompanha a situação" e endereçando "votos de rápida
recuperação" ao seu antigo presidente e fundador.

The
Judiciary Police detained on the night of Monday, October 20, the daughter of
José Manuel Anes, former president of the Observatory of Security, Organized
Crime and Terrorism (OSCOT), on suspicion of having stabbed her own father in
the early afternoon. According to the PJ, "the main suspect of the crime
of attempted homicide is in custody".
A source
from the PSP confirmed to DN that José Manuel Anes was the victim of
"several stab wounds". A close source who is monitoring the situation
said that the diagnosis is still "reserved because of a brain
hematoma".
According
to that police, a patrol car was called to the home of the former president of
OSCOT at 1:54 pm because "there were reports of aggressions allegedly by a
daughter to her own father".
When the
police arrived at the scene "witnesses reported that a female suspect,
allegedly a relative of the male victim, had been seen leaving the residence,
and fearing for her physical integrity, already knowing the history of domestic
violence, she immediately went to her residence where she found the 81-year-old
man prostrate on the bloody ground".
According
to an official source from the PSP, Anes suffered "several injuries and
lacerations in the abdomen, hands and legs, apparently caused by a sharp
object. She also had bruises on her eyes caused by the suspect's fingers."
The PSP
reported the situation to the Judiciary Police, and PJ inspectors are trying to
locate her.
José
Manuel Anes is a university professor and one of the best known national
criminalists. He is also the author of several works on esotericism and
spirituality, and is also a well-known Freemason, having been Grand Master of
the Regular Grand Lodge of Portugal.
With a
degree in Chemistry (FCL) and a PhD in Social Anthropology (FCSH/UNL), he is a
member of several organizations related to security and crime.
He has
been a director, since its foundation, of the Security and Defense magazine,
and after leaving the leadership of OSCOT he assumed the position of president
of the Advisory Board.
He was
one of those responsible for the emergence of the citizens' group Movimento de
Apoio do Almirante, Gouveia e Melo, to the Presidency, but at the beginning of
the year he distanced himself from it and decided that he was really going to
ask for its extinction.
José
Manuel Anes is 81 years old.
OSCOT
released a statement confirming the attack on José Manuel Anes, stressing that
it "monitors the situation" and addressing "wishes for a speedy
recovery" to its former president and founder.
